How can we become so overwhelmingly pre-occupied with the busyness of life. Forgetting to take the important time to refresh and restore our souls, our minds and spirits. This morning I was overwhelmed with this thought or perspective of the majestic nature and awesomeness of God The Father, God The Son, and God The Holy Spirit. His Glory has nothing to compare to it. Yet, the psalmist sings “The heavens Declare the glory of God”. Ps 19. Then again , The Whole earth is Full of of Your Glory. Ps 72
I know sometimes although not intentionally we forget the Awesomeness, and the Amazingly Powerfully Majestic nature and attributes of Our God. In this moment in time what I believe The Spirit is doing, moving, and speaking to His people is this. Precious stones do not simply appear, that are created through a process of extreme pressure and intense heat. God is purifying the Church and getting His promise made ready, for those who will not fade away, shrink back or give up! But will press in, cling ever more desperately to the Branch, the vine. Lifting our voice in One accord.
Psalms 66, along with Isaiah 43; testify to this process and this promise, when we go through the FIRE, and the WATERS, they will NOT overtake us if we would just believe and trust in Him.
66:10 For YOU, O God, TESTED US, you refined us like silver. v 12(b) we went through FIRE and WATER, but You brought US to a place of ABUNDANCE!
Praise The Lord Oh My Soul, I will Extol Your Great Name and Praise You in spite of what my eyes see. For Great are YOU LORD. Have your Way and Do your Good work in me. Though “persecution” trials and tribulations will come; Gird up my loins that I might Stand!
